Hi
I made a 2L starter last week with the intention of brewing on Saturday, but I had to postpone to this week. The starter has been in the fridge at ~4degC since then, still with the fermented out wort.
Is there any need to wake it up again this week prior to brewing on Saturday? If so, how much wort should I use?
Thanks
Any need for another starter after a week?

Use it as it - it will be fine after bringing back up to pinching temperature..

You'd be good to go for 2 or 3 weeks, maybe more. Pour off most of the liquid that's on top and pitch the slurry.inthedark wrote:Hi

I'm just here for the beer.
