Wet or dry?

Wet I like WLP028 or WLP002
Dry I'd go with Windsor, but if it's a strong stour you may need to also pitch some US-05 or S-04 after 48 hours to get proper attenuation.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Whitelabs Burton Ale goes great in a stout or a porter.
