Irish stout with lager yeast
My fermenting cabinet stays in the vicinity of 54f (12c) this time of year (edit) so I fermented my latest batch with W34/70. It went from 1.050 to 1.010.

It should be fine Baltic porter can be brewed cold with lager yeast.
