a) how far does bread yeast normally ferment.. ie am I likely to end up with an alcohol tolerant yeast that will ferment my TC to some sort of apple wine

b) how long have people found bread yeast to ferment for (mine was 200g moscovado and 4.5 ltrs of juice)
my new TC has been done with champagne yeast as i managed to get some courtesy of Gareth 90
