Can anyone advise where is the best place to keep Yeast, I read somewhere that in the fridge is good, or was this the drink talking?

Fridge is good but anywhere cold and dark would do I guess.

The yeast will remain viable for longer if stored in the fridge.

Dried yeast, if opened is best kept in the freezer, it will last for ages.
