When can I drink this?

A couple of my wines are now finnished. I added the fermentation stopper / campden tablet and finings yesterday and the wine is now really clear.

Just wondering how soon after adding the campden tables etc I have to wait before I can have a drink??

you can drink them straight away but they will mature with time

i try to leave my wines at least 6 months

Just wasnt sure if I had to let the campden tablets die out over a couple of days as they smell pretty toxic LOL
