Curiously Fruity

Just about to start a quick post-Sunday lunch brew.

2L Sainsbury's Basics Apple Juice
2L Sainsbury's Basics Breakfast Juice (90% Orange Juice, 10% Grapefruit Juice)
60g Cane Sugar
20g Artificial Sweetener
Bread Yeast

That's 450g of total sugars which should give a brew of roughly 6%.

BANG! And the deed was done.

Oh God for a minute I thought you'd tried Tesco 'Exotic Juice', I made up some TC with a litre of that added once, it was exotic all right  Like tropical windolean.

Good luck with this, isn't 'breakfast juice' worryingly actually cheaper than apple juice?

Bottled it last night in 500ml PETs with 30ml of apple juice as a primer.

The hydrometer sample tasted pretty nice considering it was green, should be even better by new year.
