I know its going back sometime but that thread doesnt seem to work anymore. Is it possible to post the original Turbo Cider recipe again for us new arrivals.

Please.

Many thanks.

And bread yeast is ok to use? I read in one thread that champagne yeast is better or something along those lines?

Is it ok to make up in large batches like in a 40 pint bin? How much yeast would I need for that? And how much should I use for say 5L?

Have other variations, like the pineapple tc, proved successful?

If I made it up in a bin is it best to leave the lid loose as ive heard this stuff gets pretty volatile!?

On the subject of adding sweetness back to a brew I find one sweetener tablet per 660ml brown ale bottleful generally kills the dryness without being sweet.
