Over Fermenting

I have had some TC in my FV for around 4 weeks will it be ok to bottle still?

I left some Atomic Lemon in a demijohn over Christmas (I was very lazy) and after priming and bottling it's come out flat as a pancake and a bit "yeasty".

The yeast had obviously dropped out of suspension and there was nothing to carbonate it.

Shame.

I'll try it anyway & see how it goes, even if it does turn out as flat as witches t@ts it'll still get drank.
