HI all,

Was in costco the other day checking out the price of apple juice and other fermentables and came across apple, peach and passion fruit juice. It was £4.50 for 2x2.48lts which I though was ok value so I bought it and have set about fermenting it. some pics follow :

Bottles - 2 x 2.48lts 100% juice

1stp youngs yeast nutrient and 1tsp youngs beer/wine yeast

SO all in all I am quite hopeful that this will produce a fruity drinkable "cider" of around 5- 6 %.

In summary the "recipe" was:

1 gallon apple, peach and passion fruit juice
1tsp youngs yeast nutrients
1tsp youngs yeast

Cheers
