Hi,
I'm looking at ways of brewing low or even none alcoholic beers (mainly ale).
I do not really mind if its a cheap beer kit or an all grain solution. I am guessing from various sources I have read no-alcohol is not possible in a homebrew setup so if that is the case then as low as possible would be good. I look forward to people suggestions... thanks
Low alcohol or none alcohol brews?
Re: Low alcohol or none alcohol brews?
In the Belgian Ales book in the Classic beer styles series there is a recipe called Drivers Choice.
I'm all packed ready to travel back to Aberdeen and a month away at work but hopefully someone will have a copy and post the recipe.

How about a Mann's brown ale clone at 2.8% abv. I remember monk tried a clone recipe of it and he said it was good. Try a search of the forum.
