a close call between the apple and peaches and the pomegranate. i would have to say out of these 3 its the pomegranate although my real favorite is just normal apple tc.

pomegranate tc

4 litres of pomegranate juice ( also with-white grape, red grape, apple and pineaple)
cider yeast
1 litre of juice to prime
temp 19-21 c

this is well worth brewing in my opinion, if thats worth anything. i suggest you give it a go or something similar. have you got any recipies to share?

the peaches one looks lovely an clear. do you do anything specific to clear it or are you just able to leave it alone long enough to clear :D

I have been experimenting myself with the various juices i can get my hands on in the supermarket. so far i have 2 good uns

2 ltr Apple and Blackcurrant.(tescos had these in, i think they are polish or something)
2 ltr of Apple Juice.
yeast.

Another one that ive just done which is really nice is Apple and cherry. Again tesco had some strange polish 2l cartons so i got 2 of em an made up 4ltr topped off to prime with a carton of AJ.

The Blackcurrant one tasted similar to jaques cider and was really nice an fizzy. For some reason the cherry one wasnt as fizzy but still really nice and refreshing.

didn't do anything to clear it and it cleared in about a week. yours sound nice, might have to give them a go if i can find that sort of juice here. just about to do a finlandia pear and apple cider kit which some one brought out to me so i can see how these compare to turbo cider.
