Thanks. I'll wait for a time when the prune juice is dirt-cheap too.

From tasting it, what do you think about a different % of prune juice? Do you think it would be better or worse with more, relative to the AJ?

Also, by 1 bag of sugar, do you mean 1 pound or 1 kg?
Secondary FV: As yet unnamed Weizenbock ~7%
Bulk aging: Soodo: Grocery store grape juice wine experiment.
Drinking: Evan Williams bourbon, Dewar's Scotch (white label), VO Canadian whisky. Various Sam Adams beers.
