Try this one from our good friends at wines at home:

They have a good set of tutorials on wine making.
or I can reccommend second2none's raspberry stuff. I personally up the sugar and don't prime for a gorgeous rose. If you've not expored the Other Brews section on Jim's then I seriously recommend it. I've read every post of it and there's some cracking (and some crazy)ideas.

Re: juice wine recipe needed!!!
nice one mate, ill defiantly try that one from the link. it seems easy enough. i got a few recipes from the mother inlaw but she lives in a dry country so the way she brews is as much alcohol content as possible (ie not watered down at all!!! all juice!) so this is much appreciated fella. thanks, ill post how it goes, ste

I remember my days of all juice brews and how they were so strong in the words of another post somewhere "Like liking a rusty spoon"
The taste was just too overpowering ....

Every once in a while I get two or three gallons of juice to ferment. The only thing I worry about is if I like the taste of the juice or juices I plan to blend prefermentation.
I'm just here for the beer.

Lidl for your juices mate, they're usually the cheapest and have a good variety. The first citric I first got from an asian grocer in sheffield. Pak it was called.

For fruit juice wines, look to use no more than 2 litres of pure juice per gallon/4.5 litre brew
a small amount of minced up raisins/sultanas (200g) could also be added for more body, just experiment
wurzel's orange wine is meant to be the best supermarket juice wine.
1 litre orange juice,
1 litre of white grape juice
tbsp glycerin (i cant see such a small amount having much impact)
tannin (or some strong tea)
sugar (add the amount for the desired strength)
Stop fermentation slightly early, or ferment dry and back sweeten
You should be able to find the original recipe if you google it

Orange and grape? Sounds interesting. Might whack one of those on actually, I've got a carton of orange and a carton of grape knocking about.

1 litre carton Del Monte 100% pure orange juice.
1 litre carton Tesco’s pure pressed white grape juice.
1½ lb sugar.
1 tsp nutrient
G.P. yeast
½ tsp tannin
1 tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 tsp glycerine
Water to 1 gallon
(Note 1 tsp not tbsp glycerine)
I can confirm that this is a pleasant, dry white wine - our basic house table wine at home now. The glycerine does alter the "mouthfeel" a bit, essentially making a young wine appear to have been matured. However I now make it in quantities large enough not to bother with the glycerine.
