double mondego reserve

Post by timbo41 » Thu Aug 22, 2013 12:17 pm

Folks I'm having a foray into wine kits, as wilkos had a couple
of 1.7 kg modego reserve rose kits on the reduced shelf at a fiver a throw! Too good to resist. Just read
through and each kit needs 3.5 kg of sugar!!! Question is can I treat this as a two can without adding extra sugar like on the better beer kits, and then just double up the stabilizer etc?
Just like trying new ideas!

Bump..no replies guys? So how about brewing each kit as is with a kilo sugar....just ain't got room for 60 bottles ..maybe each 1.7kg kit with kilo sugar to 12 litres? To make 20 ish litres final. I can pb it then!
