Can you substitute elderflour in champagne recipie?

I recently made elderflour champagne using dried elderflour and it worked perfectly!) . Can I substitute dried elderdlour with for example dried fruits and cinnamon and still produce the same results?? ? Thanks guys!!

You can use just about anything to make wine, although tried and tested recipes are best. Try a bit of experimenting and see what you end up with. If you are going to use cinnamon, don't over do it as it is quite powerful in a brew.
