Just had 2 litres of my Turbo Cider, tasted like a weak pleasent cider but has a kick like a mad mule....I feel pissed

It tastes like a good medium scrumpy and so much better than strongbow my usual tipple, I am hooked.....or should I say "[censored]"

15 litres of sainsburys apple juice....1kg demara sugar... 250gms of honey...youngs cider yeast. 3 weeks ferment...3 weeks in pet bottles.

I’m drinking my first turbo 9 days after starting it. I poured it straight from the fermenter. It’s cloudy dry cider and is hitting the spot. I think this one was just apple juice with few spoons of honey and maybe a few spoons of sugar, definitely Young’s champagne yeast. I must start keeping records
