Best ever or what?
I know I bang on about Polish Raspberry Syrup as being the best TC Ever, but this one is better, I think!
2 Bottles Polish Blackcurrant Syrup
500gr Med Spraymalt
16Lts Tesco cheap Apple Juice
3mugs tea, 4 bags each
3 tsp Yeast and 3 tsp nutrient
SG @ 22deg 1056
2 Wks later FG 1010, Bottled and set at room temp.
2 Wks later, transfer to Beer Fridge, have a `Taste Test` Bloody Lovely Mun`! Fizzy, Tasty, Great Smell (Aroma if you are Posh)!
This has been 2 weeks in the bottle and drinking this like there is no tomorrow! Why wait any longer?

Enjoy your cider! Mine have always come out too dry, I see yours finishes at 1010, is that the syrup ?

mmm, (short version of micmacmoc),
Polish syrup from tesco Polish Aisle.
My TC`s normally finish at 1000, maybe 1010 came from the spraymalt? I dunno?
Try a smidge of Stevia, splenda, etc, in the pint when you serve, I never use it but my regulars say it takes off the edge, bite, enamel!

Asda has a few,,,,,Polish syrups, each time I go down the foods of the world lane I keep looking at them, I have tried the rasberry, on ice cream .very nice indeed.

Have you tried the "choke berry" in your TC. Yet......if so what does choke berry taste like.
