That's not Poitin.

Poitin is a spirit that is distilled.

That seems to be the recipe for the base mash or some strange potato wine.

i get all sorts of alarms n warnings go off from the link in the OP ??

ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(
