OK, bottled in pint bottles about six weeks ago, first bottle cracked tonight.
opened cap to a nice tsssshhhhhhh of gas, colour light gold and crystal clear, nice tight bubbles and not to fizzy, smell neutral with a hint of grass..taste likes a stronger version of "old rosie" and very surpriced how much it tastes like real cider, I feel quite relaxed after one pint, will do again for sure, but I have 30 botttles first.
