let us know what it is like with coke, as its not as strong as Tia say if you would have a double measure of Tia and coke maybe try a quad measure see what that is like, i may start a batch this weekend.

Sounds great for making White Russians.

Vodka, Coffee liqueur and cream, over ice.

Ideal for the Big Lebowski drinking game. Watch the film and match the "dude" drink for drink. Responsibly, of course.

haha i'm literally just sitting here with some pumped-up coffee "wine" that didn't really work out mixing with half and half thinking about putting on the dude's film..

definite improvement on drinking it straight
dazzled, doused in gin..

I'm thinking I might rack mine this weekend, it's just getting clear but still working.
But when I rack, a vanilla pod or just some essence/extract?

Which did you go for? I used some Madagascan Vanilla extract that was in the baking cupboard.. Don't think it's relevant that it came from Madagasca!

I did a pod. The vanilla doesn't seem to have come through as much as when I used essence (or was it extract?) last time.

That's interesting. The bitterness in mine is mellowing slightly. I will definitely do this again, but will make it will fresh ground coffee.
