just mashed 1.75 kg of blackberry's and realised i got no pectic enzime. Will the mashed blackberry.s be ok in sealed tub untill tomorrow

Yeah, stick em in the fridge with some cling film over them, they'll be fine :wink:

the Bullaces I have are yellow, very tasty they are too. not sure if they come in different varieties (green) but what you have found could be greengages.

Yup they are sloes, generally not ready for a while yet, into september for total ripeness (apparently)

I think the fruit in the first picture is probably damsons (yummy wine)
