tinned strawberry wine

I would like to try this strawberry wine gear.. i'm new to brewing but can follow instruction pretty well most times. I picked up a few things i might need from a brew shop i was passing but not sure when and how i would use them to make a gallon of strawberry wine. I will list below what i have got and hopefully some nice brewer will give me some idiots guide instructions.

2 tins tesco's strawbs in syrup
yeast nutrient
pectolase
tartaric acid
and several different sachets of yeast..
sugar
and the other normall gear... i think!!!.

hope someone can point me in the right direction with what ive got...
