Toms are the one fruit that cannot be made into satisfactory homebrew. Mix the juice with vodka and sip while looking at recipies that will be drinkable.

Modified TC that I make regularly:

12 lt Tesco value AJ, 3kg sugar made into syrup, 50cc lemon juice, small pot of pectolayse and wine yeast compound. Make up to 25lt with cols water and leave overnight before pitching. Crisp and dry with a salty aftertaste in about 4 weeks.
