Thanks C.P. its dropped a bit more today. I gather that the marks go up/down in twos ? Apart from the odd conundrum you seem to have done a fine job of it, may you have MANY MANY more
The insructions reckon the ideal gravity is 0.994
One point I am not clear on. I gather it has to stay the same reading for two days ? What if it continues to drop ?
Because the insructions state that if it is still fermenting (even just a little) it will clear slowly or not at all.
Instructions say to rack off to another container before adding stabiliser and recheck gravity 3-4 times with an hour in between each reading.
