TC? Whats the idea?

For any alcoholic brew that doesn't fit into any of the above categories!

Just tasted my latest TC experiment while racking off after a week's fementation. Strong, dry with good apple flavour. I think I've found my recipe!

10 litres of Lidl non-concentrate (Black pack, 'Apfelsaft Naturtrub') with 454g of glucose powder and 5g of Youngs 'Dessert/High Alcohol' yeast. 23L fermenter under airlock for a week with a mid-week open and stir.
OG, around 1.068, FG around 1.000 with some residual fermentation after racking.

Cost? 10 x 0.79 = 7.90 for the juice, 99p for the yeast and around 1.50 for the glucose. Just over a tenner.

PMH0810 :-
My AJ cost 99p per Ltr, but was comparing to a cider kit I have that makes 40 pints for 7.99.

Now I dont know what it will taste like, but the Adsa AJ cider I made was Awsome.
