Hello all,

I had one where I added cinnamon and honey, left it for a few months and I got an interesting bubblegum type taste and aroma! Bruised rosemary was quite good aswell.

Just wondering if anyone has done this?

Ive just done a pale brew with fennel seeds added at the end of the boil , dont know what it will taste like though :lol:

I have a packet of mulled wine spices at home that I keep meaning to add to a TC batch. Not even sure what flavour bubblegum is :?
