ok, so what is the best yeast for TC

if i use honey does it have to be warmed up first so it mixes better

when is it best to chuck it into secondary

and how do i go about bottling it from the demijohn, i know i need a syphon, but which one

and what temp does TC ferment at

The best yeast for tc is wlp 775 failing that use any ale yeast.
No not really, it will dissolve in the apple juice when you shake the demijohn to aerate. You may want to warm a little apple juice to rinse the honey jar out with.
No need for secondary, ferment and clear in one demijohn.
Any syphon, the same one that you would use for your beer is fine if you sanitise between uses.
Between 16 and 20º C is best.

IMO yes priming with apple juice gives the best results. It takes longer to carbonate and gives lower carbonation but improved apple "Nose" :)

Indeed, I did a tasting thread on turbo cider - well buried on this forum now - and I eventually learned to prime with juiced pippin or gala apples. It added a light haze and took a while to ferment, but it really sorted out what the concentration and clarification process took out of the stock apple juice used for the main brew.

When I do another turbo cider I may wait for an apple offer at one of the supermarket and use quite alot of something with some real floweriness in the main must with the value juice. ;)
