Can I just throw yeast at apple juice?

For any alcoholic brew that doesn't fit into any of the above categories!

Slap some stewed black tea in after fermentation has subsided, a few days before you drink. a mate tried it with some early grey and it was....errr.....interesting.

Not really encountered massive acidity with my TC's - just major dryyyyyyyyness when i used wine yeast. The sweeter brews certainly havent suffered since i started using ale yeast.

DJ(1) : Nowt
DJ(2) : N'otin....
In the Keg : Nada
Conditioning : Nowt
In the bottle : Cinnamonator TC, Apple Boost Cider, Apple & Strawberry Cider
Planning : AG #5 - Galaxy Pale (re-brew) / #6 - Alco-Brau (Special Brew Clone) / #7 Something belgian...
