Racked my Turbo Cider yesterday.

Racked my TC yesterday and it's already almost clear. Thinking I can bottle it tomorrow.

A few questions:

How long should I leave it? Can I drink it immediately?

Do you think if I bottle it without priming then I can mix 250ml of the stuff with 250ml of lemonade and get a weaker fizzy cider?

Anyway, picked up 4x 55p cranberry juice drinks from ASDA, and a 99p 425g jar of clear honey. Turbo Cider version 2 here I come...

Its better to try cranberry juice mixed with apple juice rather than pure cranberry juice on its own.IMO its worth trying 3l AJ and 1L cranberry juice.
Adding the honey to a TC will affect the clarity(normal TC's turn clear when fermentation has finished)but does clear eventually.

Thanks oxford brewer, have yet to start it, so I'll get some more apple juice. I'll probably only use about half (200g) of the honey and add about 300g of corn sugar.

You can drink it right out of the primary but it can taste a little yeasty it's better left for a while. I recently discovered some I bottled back in April and boy has it improved.

Had some last night and it's quite good stuff really isn't it!

Will definitely make a few more gallons and stick some away to mature for Christmas! 8)

Was thinking of putting a few gallons on tonight, but the temperature's going up. :(

BBC's five day forecast says 22 on Wednesday so in this flat/greenhouse that'll easily be 26... No brewing for me then! :(
