Thing is most of us are new to TC, and quite probably none of us have ever tasted any TC, so we could all be in for a shock :D

took my tc to ripon bank hol we were away in caravan, i had read that it brings back the apple flavour if you add some un fermented apple juice to the cider. I was putting the tc in a mini keg to serve, and mrs gory got me a carton of apple juice to add said apple flavour when keg, pored my nice clear tc in to keg added 1/2 litre of apple juice and chilled. When i poured the fist pint it was as cloudy as hell, couldn't understand why untill i noticed that the apple juice mrs gory had bought was the cloudy sort  o well still drank most of it between 2 of us in 1 sesion. I do think it was a little to sweet so am only going to add 1/4 ltr apple juice to add flavour next time
