Hi guys , I have had a muntons cherry wine on the go for 15 days in the demijohn and the bubbles in the airlock don't seem to be slowing down, I admit the have slowed since first starting it off but for the past few days there are a lot more bubbles collection around the surface of the wine, any ideas if I'm doing anything wrong ? Advice would be gratefully received .
Many thanks
Paul ........

Re: Cherry wine
How high was the OG? My average country wine (i.e. blackcurrants picked in summer with juice and sugar mixed in) took around 2-3 months to ferment out completely. I've only just finished bottling the last one tonight.
