Folks...have a mondego reserve rose kit...but hate wine! Any reason why I can't make it up with some steeped caragold and some torrified wheat ....a sort of urban fruit beer. Could also do a partial mash, but then would I need a boil? Also,was thinking of using cry havoc or a saison 2 starter. Just reluctant to throw it away! !
Just like trying new ideas!
