Hi guys,
I made a (sort of) wine using purple grape juice (4lts) and pomegranate juice (1lt) and, clearly, too much sugar.
The thing is it is so dry and alcoholic (tasting at least) that it makes me pull a face like Esther Rantzen sacking a lemon whilst drinking battery acid.
Is there anything I can do to make it taste less dry? It's been racked twice and I have stabilised it because it was still bubbling.
Or am I looking at using it as drain cleaner?
Really, really dry!

You could either cut it up juice when you drink it or use fermentation stopper and rerack with juice.

I think this is sorted now. Added some sugar, water and a bottle of red grape concentrate. It was more of an experiment before I used it to clear the drain. It now tastes like port. Sort of result.
