Secondary fermentation of TC

For my first batch of TC I followed Wes's recipe using 9L Tesco AJ and 300g sugar which produced a OG of 1065 :whistle: and is now bubbling away like a lunatic.

I was planning to halt the fermentation in one of the demijohns at around 1020 (for the sake of my liver) using a campden tablet. However will this also prevent carbonation once bottled?

It think so, some people force carb in a keg after doing something like that or serve it still
