Alcopop sugar/alcohol question

I forgot to take an OG reading on my turbo lemon before starting it off, anyone any idea on the rough finished gravity/ABV of:

750g Tate & Lyle
500ml lemon juice
4 lemons
3 litres water
Bread yeast

Just trying a bottle now, diluted 50/50 with lemonade.

It's actually quite nice, a little on the sharp side but very much like bitter lemon. :beer:
