Never really post much on here, am more of a lurker,
As quite an avid gardener, i thought i would share with you guys my Vines, which i hope very soon to turn into vintage Wine. They've been growing for around the past 13/14 years and were grown from cuttings taken abroad from Italy, where my family has made grapes for many years. They have'nt done too badly this year considering the weather, but baring in mind i'm based in sunny Kent. Anyhow here go's -

mmm, tasty

The White-grapes ... nibbled furiously at by birds, could'nt shoot them fast enough

and more grapes,
I am torn at the moment as whether to go with natural fermentation, whilst risking contamination. I like things to be done in a more traditional way if possible.
Does anyone have any online recipes for use of real grape's rather then extract. Even though we've had the grapes for a while it's the first time i am actually producing wine from them, more updates to follow ofcourse

P.S sorry if the photo's are way too big, not too sure on how to resize them
