Well, my TC turned out a raving success, I am happy to report it is now 11am Mexico time, and I am ready for a siesta!
It was bottling time and I couldnt resist a quick glass (or two!).
It tastes more like apple wine due to the amount of sugar I used (1 kilo for 10 litres) will have to use MUCH less next time as this stuff has to be around 11-12% I reccon.
Rocket fuel, very dry out of the Demijon, so I used some dextrose to sweeten it up for the tasting.....

I will now be making a 23l batch if I can get some propper cider yeast.
Any offers for postage to mexico via good ole royal mail would be appreciated fellas! I will pay all costs etc, P.M if you can help out.
