Hi,
Don't know if this is usual for TC but when I open a clear bottle after 5mins it goes all cloudy, is this normal?

I think this happens to me too!!

Im putting it down to sediment at the bottom of the bottle as I prime the bottle with some sugar when I bottle it up.
I find Im wasting some cider as when I pour the cider into a glass, i leave some cider behind so I dont end up with the sediment in my glass!

I new to all this too, but is there anyway to prime the cider without getting any sediment??

Cloudy TC

Dear TC drinker

Make it in 25 L and barrel it when clear. After 2 weeks draw off first pint of cloudy then the rest will be more or less clear. Keep a blanket of CO2 on top to keep it sweet unless you can drink it in about 2 weeks.
