some more experimental Turbo sludge

Post by Doug » Tue Dec 04, 2007 3:33 pm

Well I have done a number of TC in my time. However I am currently drinking my slurry suprise (see sig) made out of red grape juice and yes it's 16.4%abv.

Would this be Turbo Wine it's red it taste very very Port like and well this Friday I will be drinking 2 litres to see what the outcome is.

This weekend I will be starting some other Turbo stuff. My son says Prune Juice. But I am thinking a Peach & Cranberry along with somthing like Pineapple and Lime.

Anyone else done suchmixture?

i must admit I looked at the prune juice when I went shopping last week but thought that was just asking for trouble.

I currently have my Curiously Fruity brewing, 1 gallon of 50/45/5 apple/orange/pineapple juice.

It's more of an experiment

I am sure by the end of the evening I will be more of a gibbering wreck, however I want to push the bounderies of non distillation under standard household conditions

I may well go into a distillation at some point when the time is right.
