Ok I have just bought 24L of Somerfield cheapo apple juice along with 2kg of sugar!!, will this juice be ok for TC?

I want to get this going tonight, I only have a pot of youngs beer and wine yeast. How much do you guys recommend to use is it 1 teaspoon per Litre as per instructions on side of bottle?

As long as it says 100% juice (from concentrate or not) and does not have ANY preservatives it should be fine (as far as I'm aware but I'm only just starting my 1st one as well )
