I've gone TC crazy!

I've never brewed before and not even finish my first batch AJ TC(started yesterday) and i'm hooked and gone experimental mad!

What ive done is made Ribena TC and Orange juice TC

1st one is 4.5Ltr of ready made Ribena (carton stuff) with 100gm sugar OG 1052

2nd one 4.5ltr OJ with 150gm sugar OG 1072. I heard the last person to make this never posted again so ill let you know (or might not ) how it went

What ABV% can i expect from the OG readings?

Have i lost the plot or a genius without even knowing it?

Just ran into kitchen and raided bin for a carton and its says... "No added preservaties" now does that mean there isnt any at all or there is but they haven't added any (like preservaties already in the ingrediants? im confused ) Or does it mean i should stop being a wuss and worrying so much .

Bottled the ribena and the cidar both taste well lush but the orange wasn't so good and has gone to a better place (down the drain )

We did have a member who persisted with drinking the TC OJ....he was never heard of again
