BrewBuddy Cider

Post by booldawg » Tue Dec 18, 2007 10:06 am

SWMBO came back from Lidls clutching a tin of BrewBuddy cider she wants me to make.

I've only brewed ale kits in the past. I guess granulated sugar is OK for this. Also, does cider yeast require the same temperature range as ale yeast?

SWMBO suggested making a Jacques Fruit Cider type thing with it. Guess its just a case of adding fruit cordial at some stage of the brew. Any tips on making/customising this brew for optimum results would be much appreciated. Unfortunately not being a massive cider fan my hearts just not in it
