BIAB Mash Birthday Cake

Thought you guys may be interested in this - my girlfriend made me a birthday cake in the shape of a Brew In A Bag mash:





I was very impressed.
It's a coffee and walnut cake, and the 'grains' are made from crumble topping and cake crumbs.

The mash time was quite short as I was rather eager to eat it
