Beer soup

Post by slurp the apprentice » Thu Feb 15, 2007 8:14 pm

:D Make beer soup simply by bypassing the sparging process and boiling the grains for 2hrs if you feel adventurous throw some veg in for the last 50mins .Serve with nosey neighbours or irritating relatives. If individuals are critical of the soup say you bought it from Waitrose from their new italian range . alternatively sparge and continue in the appropriate manner to make beer and forget about soup.

:D The choice is yours Daab ! although flower vase would add a certain "Je ne sais qoa"[as they say in Sheffield] and also move the talking point away from the soup
