Chicken & tarragon

A particular favourite of Mrs Bigster Smurf and myself at the moment

Lovely and easy

even better if using the following wine ( in recipe and at the table )

Dry white bordeaux

but any dry white wine does the job

Enjoy - and dont spare the tarragon :lol:

I love tarragon with chicken :D
One of my favourite winter meals is chicken stew made with lashings of tarragon served in a huge Yorkshire pud =P~
