That looks really nice.
I recently braised some pig cheeks in ale with some root veg.
A had the cheeks with creamed potato and vege's but the braising stock made a great soup

Made a cracking beef and ale stew yesterday. Homebrew and cooking, can't go wrong.
Few years back I was trying it and must say that there are people willing to eat this but me personally - not. 2/10
