Dunwich Bogwater (Almost flawless...)

Hi guys,

Today I got up early and brewed this one:

19L
1.058
37 ibus

4.5 kg Pale Optic
170g Aromatic
340g Crystal
85g Special Roast

20g Target (10%) for 60 min
15g EKG (5%) for 20
30g EKG (5%) for 2

S-04 pitched at 85F

Anywhoo...it went nicely all the way up to the end. But during chilling, I noticed the wort was a bit high in the kettle and the gravity was ~1.032 at ~90 degrees F. So I figured I hadn't boiled it down enough, and dragged the pot back over to the range, where I brought it back to boil and had a boil-over and bla bla bla. What a bummer. All isn't lost, of course, but it was so close to being perfect
