I put on a best bitter pitching 4pm on Wednesday. The krausen was gone by lunchtime today and the SG was 1.014 from 1.050! One 11g pack as a Daab flying starter. Might move to secondary tomorrow to free-up the fermentor!

Finished at 1.013 from 1.050. 74% Attenuation, 4.8%ABV. I'm gonna drop this straight into corni tomorrow and force carbonate outside in the cold. I'm not a man of patience.

I have been wondering if some of the sweetness that S-04 is supposed to leave behind is impart due to the esters produced say over Nottingham
