im brewing a double batch of london pride, did the first 5 gallons yesterday and while i was weighing out the grain the wife was jabbering away to me, I said "shut up in trying to count" and she carried on, guess what ! i only put in 2.5kg of pale instead of 3.5 . didnt relaise till i took the OG at the end of the brew. now today i am brewing the second batch with an extra 700gm of pale to even it out, then when theyve both gone through primary i will mix them together . will that work ? :?

If you left a kilo out surely you need to add an extra kilo to the next brew??

theres nothing wrong with blending beers as long as you keep it all sanitary. I would do exactly what you said and wait until after primary.
